If you observe or have any problem with the quality or the functionality of our products during the warranty time period , do not doubt to be in contact with our devices support department soporte@emprenet.com.mx . We will be glad to help you resolve any problem and guarantee that your products will be working on optimal functioning.

The warranty is conditional of the diagnosis of the Engineering and Production department. The final costumer or user free the company of any charge for bad instalation or wrong/neglecting use, natural phenomena, mutilated harness, accesories or others that can induce to any incident. In addition for make use of the warranty the copy of the ticket or voucher of the sale will be needed, just as the device in the best conditions, with its harness and accesories, as it was purchase

Once we receive the petition via our web form https://www.emprenet.com.mx/formulario-garantias/ the support departmen will exhort you via email the purchase bill/ticket, and the IMEI number that appers below the bill, after that you should send the device to the address given in the email

Contact your sales executive, in Emprenet we have agrements with few shipping companies, we can help you find a more accesible/cheaper shipping

The device will be inspected by the support department in a time period of 60 business days, in which together with the brand supplier will inform you if the warranty can be given or if it is needed to be sent to the supplier for a further examination

Warranty accepted Emprenet will inform you via email if the gps is approved for a warranty, and we will provide you a new one, if we have available stock, on the contrary we might have to wait for the supplier to send us the warranty device (this process might have a waiting process of few months)

To speed the warrenty process, Emprenet will recommend you other device from our stock with the same characteristics and price to be sent to you as soon as possible, It is also possible changing the gps model and pay the difference.

We will send you the new gps on your next purchase; If you need the device with urgency, it is needed to collect it at our office or you can send us the shipping guide on a period not longer than 60 days, on the contrary the warranty will be cancel

Working device/gpsEmprenet will inform you if the warranty was denied, if that's the case we will require you to send us the shipping guide of the device, on a time period no longer than 60 days, on the contrary the device will be thrown out.

Warranty denied: Emprenet will inform you if the warranty was denied, if that's the case we will require you to send us the shipping guide of the device, on a time period no longer than 15 days, on the contrary the device will be thrown out.

Please keep your bill on a safe spot, it will be needed for any given warranty application. If you have any questions about the terms of the warranty or you need extra assitence, contact your sales executive, they will be able to help

We encourage you to give the device with the default password, in case that thhe device had a new password, it is obligatory to specify it, on the contrary the inpection can not be done.

Terms and conditions

The device has to be delivered with its specified harness and/or accessories as purchased. In any case, if the device is given to us without any of its tools, it can not apply with its warranty. The revision period will start after we receive your device, and all the requirements above must be met for it to be valid. The warranty is subject to the diagnosis made by the engineer and the production department. It will be UNDERMISSED when the device is presented with a malfunction because the installation was improper, or it was managed with neglect or manipulation, just as when there is a natural factor. You need to send the device to the direction provided via email. We have some arrangements with paqueteries, and the fleet cost can be more economical. You can ask your executive for more information. The device will be taken into checking by the support personel in a no more than 60 working days, and in cahoots with the brand provider, we will inform you if the GPS can apply for a warranty, or if said provider will need to check it themselves.
