Does the shipping have cost?

We as Emprenet give our clients 1 free shipping monthly, if you need more that just 1 shipping, the cost is around 190.00 MXN peso + IVA

Does the plastic have any cost?

For Certificate M2M SIM (Telefónica) and Telcel there are no plastic fee, however, there is a protocol that must have to been follow

For othes sim cards, the plastic fee depends on the type of m2m, please call an executive for more information

Can I have an inactive stock?

It is possible to send you an inactive m2m stock (from Telefonica) the stock volume depends on the activated ones you already have, for telcel m2m this ones have to be activated at the moment

What is data pool?

Data pool is the addition of all the megas from a M2M scheme, which means if you have 10 M2M with 10MB your data pool is 100MB

How do i know how many MB does my M2M have consumed?

For certificated M2M, Emprenet provides you with an access for our platform, in wich you can visualize the consumed MB within the actual cicle; for m2m telcel and others is needed to call the support department.

What can happen if my m2m falls into surplus?

For this case scenario, first you have to verify your data pool, in case there are some free MB the M2M can continue to be on, if thats not the case, it is important to call support and ask for the temporally pulling down of the m2m and that one is erased from the bill and data pool

How much does a surplus MB cost?

The cost on the pool surplus are variable depending on the assigned scheme and kind of m2m, and it can be in between .25 to 20 MXN (PESO) + IVA

Can I send msg to my M2M?

Yes, for certificaed m2m the messages sent from the platform are free, for M2M Movistar and Telcel the msg are sent from a mobile. For other kind of m2m it is needed to call an executive for more information
